Are you based in the UK?
Yes, everything from our labs, our medical professionals to our head office is all based in the UK.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
No, we are only able to ship to the UK and we do not accept blood samples from abroad. As our labs are UK based, we need to receive your blood sample back as soon as possible, sending it from abroad would take too long and we would be unable to accurately analyse your blood.
Who are your tests for?
Our tests can be used by anyone over the age of 2 who may be experiencing symptoms of poor gut health. Whether that is bloating or fatigue; our tests are designed to get to the bottom of what is causing your symptoms.
When will I receive my results?
We offer a number of tests, the time taken to receive your test results depends on the test you have purchased and will be detailed on the product page.
